This perhaps one of the strongest areas of the practice as the firm. The firm has a growing practice in ADR. This is backed by the presence in the Firm of a Chartered Arbitrator and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and a certificated negotiator of Strauss Institute of Dispute Resolution Pepperdine University, California; this is regarded as the Best University in Dispute Resolution in America. The practice covers Mediation, Negotiation and Arbitration in the following subject matters among others. The principal partner was a former Vice Chairman of international Bar Association Arbitration (2008- 2009) and is currently the 1st Vice Chairman Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) Nigeria Branch, Abuja Chapter. The principal partner has also serves as chairmen and party appointed arbitrator in wide ranging arbitration.
